Ce travail s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des recherches sur la fiabilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9moires SRAM et l\u2019optimisation des architectures de calcul en m\u00e9moire (NMC \u2013 Near Memory Computing).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-css-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background aligncenter is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>Une approche innovante pour s\u00e9curiser les m\u00e9moires NMC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude, intitul\u00e9e <strong>\u00ab Exploiting Near-Memory Computing Resources for Native, Adaptive, and Low-Overhead MBIST \u00bb<\/strong>, propose une solution <strong>MBIST (Memory Built-In Self-Test)<\/strong> programmable bas\u00e9e sur une <strong>machine \u00e0 \u00e9tats finis (FSM)<\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour les architectures NMC. L\u2019objectif est de garantir la <strong>fiabilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9moires<\/strong> tout en limitant les transferts de donn\u00e9es entre processeur et m\u00e9moire, un enjeu cl\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire la latence et la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019approche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e exploite les <strong>ressources logiques existantes<\/strong> dans les architectures NMC pour permettre des <strong>tests et diagnostics avanc\u00e9s<\/strong>, avec un <strong>surco\u00fbt mat\u00e9riel minimal<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9sultats de simulation et de synth\u00e8se confirment son efficacit\u00e9 : <strong>seulement 5,8 % de surco\u00fbt mat\u00e9riel<\/strong> et une <strong>ex\u00e9cution 9,5 fois plus rapide<\/strong> qu\u2019une approche bas\u00e9e sur CPU..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong><strong>Une collaboration acad\u00e9mique et industrielle<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce travail est le fruit d\u2019une collaboration entre plusieurs institutions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sabrina AIT BELKACEM<\/strong> (Univ. Grenoble Alpes, CEA, LIST), dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lectronique de l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale Polytechnique d\u2019Alger et titulaire d\u2019un Master 2 en Syst\u00e8mes Embarqu\u00e9s et Traitement de l\u2019Information de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, m\u00e8ne actuellement une th\u00e8se sur la <strong>s\u00e9curisation des m\u00e9moires SRAM<\/strong> au LFIM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lila Ammoura<\/strong> (LIRMM, Univ Montpellier, CNRS, maintenant \u00e0 l\u2019INL, CNRS, Ecole Centrale de Lyon), <strong>Marie-Lise Flottes<\/strong>, <strong>Patrick Girard<\/strong>, et <strong>Arnaud Virazel<\/strong> (LIRMM, Univ Montpellier, CNRS), ainsi que <strong>Maria Ramirez-Corrales<\/strong> et <strong>Jean-Philippe Noel<\/strong> (Univ. Grenoble Alpes, CEA, LIST).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong><strong><strong>Une reconnaissance internationale<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019article sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors d\u2019<strong>ETS 2026<\/strong>, une conf\u00e9rence majeure dans le domaine du test et de la fiabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques.
